4)      Declare Dane County “Reality Free Zone”

5)      Official Currency shall be Bottles of Spotted Cow

6)      Unite Upper Wisconsin and Lower Wisconsin

7)      Rebuild Aztalan to Restore World Energy Grid

8)      Declare a River to rival the Senne in Lambic Production

9)      Outlaw be a Viking, Bears, or Cubs Fan

10)   Locate East Sconsin
